Nathan Shamuyarira (29 September 1928 – 4 June 2014) was a Zimbabwean nationalist who at different times fought on behalf of and helped lead FROLIZI, ZANU, and ZAPU.〔Tor, Sellstr̀eom. Page 713.〕 and as the Information Secretary of ZANU PF.〔(Mugabe's party attacks archbishop ), 28 March 2005. CNN〕 He was writing President Robert Mugabe's biography at the time of his death.〔(ZIMDAY Sunday 30 May 2004 ), 30 May 2004. ZimDay〕 On 19 October 1980 he reimplemented the screening of foreign journalists.
